  • Animal Justice Party – will work with existing mental health experts to integrate animal care and interaction with existing programs.

  • Australian Country Party – has stated an overhaul of Victoria’s failing mental health services to address the disparity between rural and metropolitan access to mental health services and patients falling through the cracks.

  • Independent candidates Michelle Dunscombe (Eildon), Ali Cupper (Mildura), Tracie Lunde (Morwell), Jacqui Hawkins (Benambra), and Tammy Atkins (Ovens Murray) have all released a statement supporting better mental health outcomes and a royal commission into mental health.
