Nicholas Fava is a Senior Policy Analyst at Orygen.

He has experience in youth participation, and has contributed to publications on youth peer work and youth engagement.

Nicholas Fava’s work history includes management and board experience within his seven years of involvement in youth mental health and autism organisations, with a focus on youth participation, research, advocacy and project-based work.

In his current role at Orygen, Nicholas provides research support to the policy team and assists with projects that focus on partnering with young people for better outcomes.

In addition to his current role, Nicholas Fava has an interest in public health and working with people on the autism spectrum.
