- The people, places, strategies and personal strengths that helped you cope
- What you've achieved
- Experiences of positive help-seeking, like talking to a family member, friend, teacher or someone else in your community
- That recovery is an up and down process and it can look different for everyone. Remember that recovery can mean different things to different people
- Messages that encourage others to seek help
- The numbers for helplines and links to chat services
