Understanding disordered eating & disordered exercise in young people (online)

Children and young people’s relationship with their body, food and exercise can have a large impact on their health and wellbeing. In this workshop, we will explore signs of disordered eating and exercise in children and young people and ways to them in conversations to promote their wellbeing.  Participants will learn an evidence-based framework that supports the development of positive food relationships and pathways of support that are available.

This workshop is specifically designed for professionals working with children, young people and families in the north-western and western metropolitan regions of Melbourne, who may not have specialist mental health training.
