The Men's Anxiety Project

The Men's Anxiety Project

Orygen is partnering with men’s mental health charity Movember to research how young men experience and cope with anxiety, and the role of informal support networks like friends and family. To date, there has been limited research into how young men experience, describe and perceive their anxiety, which may include high levels of stress, nervousness or worry that feels out of control and might also include things like panic attacks, body soreness and headaches.
