Maddison O’Gradey-Lee

Maddison is the manager of the Orygen Global Youth Mental Health Fellowship, an online education and mentoring program for youth advocates across the world and has over a decade of experience in youth mental health advocacy. Maddison is one of the two co-founders of the Youth Mental Health Fellowship program.

Maddison’s background is in psychology. She practices as a psychologist, working across the lifespan. She has completed her PhD at the University of New South Wales which examined how to assess and understand mental health in First Nations communities in culturally appropriate ways.

Maddison was awarded NSW Young Australian of the year 2025 for her commitment and work in the mental health field.
