Agnes is a Liberal Arts and Sciences student from Myanmar and an internally displaced Chin woman. She advocates for youth mental health because she has seen and experienced how conflict, forced migration, and instability can lead to trauma, stress, and long-term emotional struggles, especially for young people in marginalised communities.
