Nherry

Nherry is a 25-year-old youth advocate working in international affairs in higher education, with a strong background in community development and grassroots work. Her passion for mental health advocacy is shaped by her own experiences navigating emotional and psychological challenges. Coming from a rural province in the southern Philippines, she has witnessed how mental health is often misunderstood or dismissed, especially among young people. These experiences have pushed her to advocate for accessible and culturally sensitive mental health education at the grassroots level.
