Nita

Nita is a global mental health researcher and advocate. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Macalester College and a master's in evidence-based social intervention and policy evaluation from the University of Oxford. Her career goal is to develop community-based mental health interventions to expand access to mental health care for youth and families in Laos. As a volunteer with Gamlangchai, a youth-based mental health organisation in Laos, she sees the power of educating youth on mental health matters and empowering them to become mental health advocates.
