Bounyong is co-founder of ResiLeads, a youth volunteer leader of Promotion of Family Health Association, a core member of Queers & Cheers and a fellow of Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative Academic Fellowship Program 2025 (YSEALI).

Bounyong is also a youth volunteer of empowering Youth Across ASEAN (eYAA) cohort 6, a Lao ambassador of Me for Myself (M4M), a member of Legal Engle Project and a volunteer teacher of Metta Dhamma Project.
