Rosaline is a Pacific community advocate, emerging leader and higher education practitioner committed to equity, justice and collective wellbeing. Born in Tāmaki Makaurau, Aotearoa and raised on Dharug Country in Western Sydney, she draws on her Samoan heritage to guide her work across advocacy, governance and community development.

She has a Master of Social Change and Development with Distinction from the University of Newcastle. She is also an alumna of Western Sydney University and Griffith University. She is currently the Program Manager of the Pacific Australian Emerging Leaders Network (PAELN) at Micah Australia.

Alongside this role, Rosaline works as a cultural consultant and community organiser partnering with a range of community groups, local governments and non-government organisations across Sydney. Her work is grounded in relational leadership, cultural integrity and the nurturing of vā, the sacred space between people.

Rosaline is particularly passionate about empowering Pasifika communities within higher education and civic spaces and supporting young people to navigate institutions without compromising their cultural identities. She also champions mental wellbeing as foundational to sustainable social change. Through both formal roles and grassroots engagement, Rosaline remains committed to centering Pacific voices in shaping more just and caring futures.
