Soana was born and raised in Tonga and became passionate about mental health when enrolled in a social work course while completing her undergraduate degree.

Soana is currently working as the Senior Psychiatric Social Worker for the Psychiatric Ward, Vaiola Hospital in Tonga. Soana finds passion in self-care practices such as watching the sunset, going to the beach, journaling or spending time with family and friends.
