Chrissy McCallum leads Orygen’s operations, ensuring day-to-day performance aligns with the organisation’s strategic priorities while strengthening cross-functional integration.

Chrissy was appointed Chief of Operations in January 2026, having joined Orygen in February 2022 as Chief Financial Officer, a role in which she led a transformation of the organisation’s finance function.  Chrissy maintains oversight of the finance portfolio in her new role. 

With more than 20 years’ experience in senior leadership and transformational roles, Chrissy’s international career spans multiple industries, including infrastructure, energy and investment management.

Chrissy is deeply committed to supporting Orygen’s vision of a future where every young person enjoys optimal mental health as they grow into adulthood.
